Sydney Vintage Tramway Festival 2024. The trams running today represented at least six Australian cities, including Brisbane in Queensland. This is ‘Dropcentre’ 295 of 1935. The ‘Dropcentre’ design was a collaboration between the Brisbane and Sydney Tramways. Paramount however, was large open spaces and fully opening windows to combat Brisbane’s often hot and humid climate.
