Surf & Turf Cookout on the Shores of Strangford Lough Recently we loaded up the Defender and took the Weber Traveler grill down to Portaferry for a coastal cook with a view over Strangford Lough. Nothing beats firing up the grill outdoors and tucking into a proper surf & turf feast. On the turf side: a ribeye steak, seasoned with sucklebuster SPG and grilled to a perfect medium at 54°C. Juicy, smoky and exactly how steak should be cooked on the BBQ. For the surf: • Mussels steamed with garlic, s
