30K views · 384 reactions | Parts of the Sahara desert have flooded for the first time in decades. Severe rainfall in September over the Moroccan Sahara has left the desert sand dunes inundated. Some areas of southeastern Morocco saw more than a year’s worth of rainfall in just two days.
