January 12, 2023, City of Hammond, LA – On January 10, 2023, the Hammond Police Department responded to Happy Feet Massage, located at 2770 West Church Suite 12, in response to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned a black male suspect wearing a mask entered the business, pulled a handgun, took $300 dollars from the clerk and exited the building. At this time, it is believed the suspect entered into a silver sedan, possibly a Sonata, and fled west bound on Highway 190 West. HPD Detect
