Air Force fitness testing is changing again. Here’s what you need to know: • You’ll still test twice a year. • You choose your cardio every time: 2-mile run or HAMR. No more required annual 2-miler. • Strength and core options stay: push-ups, HR push-ups, sit-ups, reverse crunches, or plank. • Waist-to-height ratio is replacing the waist-only measurement. Lufthansa (LH) has confirmed the sale of 2 Boeing 747-8 aircraft that will exit its long-haul fleet between January and the third quarter of 2026. The aircraft are destined for the United States Air Force (USAF) to support future presidential aviation operations.
