Wominjeka (the Woi-wurrung word for welcome) is a Welcome to Country that happens each year at our Parkville campus, at which the Wurundjeri people and their Elders welcome us onto their land where we study and work. Wominjeka 2022 includes a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony, Indigenous staff and student speakers, and Indigenous performances.
