The industry, commerce and employment ministry says Bhutan’s new Foreign Direct Investment Rules and Regulations launched in August this year are already showing early results. Since August, four projects have been fully approved, while 15 more have received initial approval to move forward. In comparison, 17 FDI projects were approved last year.
