Almond milk is flavored water with a good marketing team. One cup has about 30 calories and 1 gram of protein. One cup of 2% dairy milk has 120 calories and 8 grams of protein. Does that mean almond milk is bad? No. It means choosing it because it sounds cleaner, while wondering why you're always hungry... is a problem. The real issue is making food swaps based on what sounds healthy instead of what your body actually needs. Pick foods because they fit your goals. Not because the packaging has a
