HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii’s Dillon Gabriel made his NFL debut with the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Gabriel got the start for the Browns in their preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The lefty trigger man did not dress last week due to a hamstring injury, but finally saw NFL action.

Today’s action was highlighted by rookie quarterbacks Jaxson Dart and Dillon Gabriel performing well for the Giants and Browns, respectively. Elsewhere, the Colts -Packers game featured solid performances by both of the QBs competing for the starting job in Indianapolis, Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson.

The Browns will start rookie third-round pick Dillon Gabriel in the second preseason game at the Eagles after his hamstring passes pregame tests.
