Top-seeded Berks Catholic boys basketball captured its third District 3 Class 4A title after knocking off reigning champ Eastern York, 67-44 at the Giant Center on Thursday.

The Golden Knights were blitzed by the Saints in the first quarter and could never catch up, dropping a 67-44 decision in Hershey.

Berks Catholic will face second-seeded Eastern York on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at the Giant Center in Hershey for the 4A title. The Knights defeated Big Spring 66-62 in overtime on Monday night to advance to their second consecutive district title appearance.
