Famed civil rights attorney Ben Crump was retained by the family of Gerald Neal, the bystander killed Feb. 12 during a controversial high-speed chase by Orlando police prompted by an unreadable license plate.

Mexico has extradited notorious drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero and 28 other fugitive cartel members to the United States, according to the US Department of Justice (DOJ). He is accused of kidnapping and conspiring to murder a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent in 1985.

The family of Gerald Neal, a man who was hit and killed by a suspect being chased by police in February, hired attorney Ben Crump. They are suing the Orlando Police Department over the deadly chase.
