Huntley signed with the Browns at the start of preseason following Kenny Pickett's hamstring injury to ensure Cleveland had enough quarterback options. Huntley, 27, spent last training camp with Cleveland before failing to make the 53-man roster.

Just nine laps later, Alex Bowman wrecked at Daytona International Speedway and, with Bowman out of the race, it automatically locked Reddick into the 16-driver field. Reddick and Bowman both started the race trying to claim the final two spots in the playoffs.
