The actress, 45, voiced Bo-Katan Kryze for years in the “Star Wars” animated shows “The Clone Wars” and “Rebels,” before she made her live-action debut as the character in the second season of “The Mandalorian” in 2020.

The actress behind Bo-Katan said that she "didn't understand" her character: "It just broke me. I started doubting everything about myself."

Sackhoff has been playing Bo-Katan – a Mandalorian fighting for the freedom of her people – for years. She started off voicing the character in the animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” back in 2012. She returned as the character in a second animated show – “Star Wars: Rebels” – in 2017.
