Stocks closed at record highs on Friday, with the S&P 500, Dow Jones, and Nasdaq 100 all notching their biggest weekly gain of the year.

The president-elect’s policies are likely to have a different impact than they did the first time around, even though the policies themselves aren’t all that different than they were eight years ago.
