Asian stocks were mostly higher on Monday while oil dipped ahead of talks between US President Donald Trump, his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, and European leaders in Washington.

He cautioned that despite the heavy burdens Rivers State has carried, the people must not allow internal conflict to destroy the state.
