Marjorie Taylor Greene announced late Friday that she will not launch a U.S. Senate campaign in her home state of Georgia. The Republican congresswoman’s statement did not, however, comment on a possible gubernatorial candidacy.

She took a shot at "Republicans who see Trump as a speed bump, one they believe they can carefully roll over now."

Republicans, who were wary of Greene, have been looking for an alternative candidate after Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said he wouldn’t enter the Senate race.
