The Trump administration said Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was living in Maryland but entered the country illegally in 2011, was deported to an El Salvador prison due to an administrative error.

"The Constitution applies to all people in our country, due process applies to all people in our country," Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost told reporters in El Salvador.

The judge cited Judge Xinis’ order in the Abrego Garcia case to order the Trump administration to “facilitate” another return.
