A Gilded Age mansion on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan's Upper East Side has been relisted for $49.9 million, a significant discount from its original asking price of $72.5 million in 2023. The 16,000-square-foot limestone mansion was designed by Stanford White and built in 1910.
