American Airlines flight forced to abort landing at Reagan National Airport to avoid another plane
An American Airlines flight aborted a landing Tuesday morning after the pilot saw a plane preparing to take off on the same runway it was supposed to land on.
American Airlines said Flight 292 “was inspected by law enforcement" after landing at Leonardo da Vinci International Airport and “cleared to re-depart.”
