The Michigan football team is ready to move on from the NCAA's ruling and looks forward to competing for a national championship.

"Let the outside noise be the outside noise," newly elected Michigan football captain Derrick Moore said. "We’re going to be together as a team."

Ann Arbor ― Michigan’s current players certainly had a vested interest in learning the NCAA’s punishment of the program for an investigation into an illegal scouting scheme, particularly whether that would yield a postseason ban that would affect them.
