Governor Glenn Youngkin has declared a State of Emergency for Virginia ahead of potential winter weather. The president lashed out at the pop star on his social media website. It was a night of pearl-clutching for many prominent conservatives Sunday night as they objected to yet another hip-hop performance at a major sporting event.

Experts said by declaring a state of emergency well ahead of time, it allows the governor to request aid at a much faster pace.
