Another warm one today with a bit of humidity. Experience a rain sprinkle? Unlikely, as sunshine didn’t give in easily. It should dominate (along with rain-free conditions) through at least tomorrow morning. Shower and storm chances — even potential, welcome downpours — enter the picture late tomorrow.

We have another hot, sunny, and muggy day on the way. The pups will likely request a dip in the pool, like Archie here, to stay cool. Afternoon temperatures climb into the mid/upper 90s and it will feel close to 100 at times.

It will be warm and a bit more humid today. A few showers are possible early this morning, mainly north of Pittsburgh.

An upper disturbance expected for Sunday will bring higher chances of rain to the islands. The upcoming weekend will also bring partly cloudy skies and scattered showers.

Rain continues along the Cape and the South Shore Friday. Clouds will stay thick closer to the coast through your Friday and Saturday. Central Massachusetts will get in on some filtered sunshine through the weekend.

Friday was a warm and muggy day, and while a few showers have developed to our west, most of us should stay dry tonight.

The dry weather pattern that we have experienced over the past week will continue through this weekend and most of next week. The heat will continue but will ease next week. Tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico is still possible next week.
