Jury deadlocks in considering murder and manslaughter charges for Grand Rapids police officer who killed Patrick Lyoya.

Ex-Grand Rapids officer Christopher Schurr was charged with second-degree murder in Patrick Lyoya's death, but the jury couldn't reach a verdict.

The judge declared a mistrial, ending the prosecutor's attempt to convict Schurr in Lyoya's killing. After five days of testimony and arguments along with nearly three days of deliberations between jurors, there is no verdict in Schurr's murder trial.
