The recall is considered a Class II threat. The United States Food and Drug Administration has announced a recall of Feel Food Foods Mac & Cheese Bites. The product was recalled because it may be contaminated with pieces of metal.

The recall was initially issued on Feb. 5 by Feel Good Foods, though the FDA recently updated it to a Class II event. A Class II recall (which is the second-most severe risk level) indicates "a situation in which use of or exposure to a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.
