The Express Lanes will run northbound 24/7 until the two lanes between Mercer Street and NE 45th Street reopen for the FIFA World Cup in June.
Northbound I-5 will close between I-90 and NE 45th St Jan. 9–12, with ramp closures and lane reductions starting Jan. 12 on the Ship Canal Bridge.
