With Darren Mougey the new General Manager in New York, the Jets roster could have a new look for the 2025 season. While it’s too early to tell what their strategy will be when free agency begins on March 10, Mougey will most likely try and recruit a few players from his former team, the Denver Broncos, where he was the Assistant GM.

Mougey, 39, is the third-youngest GM in the NFL and joins the Jets after serving as the Broncos assistant GM since 2022. He has been with the Broncos since 2012, rising from scouting intern to assistant GM.
