Shoppers have been panic-buying ahead of a winter storm, but retailers say they learned a lot in the pandemic and will be ready to quickly restock.

Shoppers are crowding stores to stock up before Sunday’s major winter storm.

"I mean sometimes you can't even move," said John Janoski, store manager of the Audubon Acme, describing the crowded aisles.
