Developers now have the final piece of a 3-acre spread in downtown Decatur that will allow them to build an apartment complex that could bring close to 400 people to the historic Bank Street area.
Downtown apartments, the Sixth Avenue streetscape, and a $30 million river development highlighted discussion Tuesday during the District 2 community meeting at the Princess Theatre Listening Room.
