Lanes reopen after water main break floods Bay Bridge tunnel

A water main break is flooding part of the Treasure Island tunnel on the Bay Bridge, forcing lane closures Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said the No. 4 and No. 5 eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 inside the tunnel remain closed due to water on the roadway.
