The Detroit Pistons have reportedly added a geofence to their ticket sales ahead of their upcoming NBA first round playoff matchup with the Knicks.

Tickets for the Detroit Pistons' home games during the team's upcoming first-round playoff series against the New York Knicks have been restricted on Ticketmaster. Sales through Ticketmaster have been limited to "customers located in Michigan and certain parts of Ohio, Indiana, and Ontario, Canada."

After six long years, the Pistons have made it back to the postseason as the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference, where they are now set to face the third-seeded New York Knicks in what is expected to be a compelling opening-round series.
